Refund policy
All products are made-to-order in-house and is not mass-manufactured. Due to the customized nature of the products made, all sales are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
In the rare occurrence that an error is made, please reach out to us at order@sleekattire.com within 7 days of receiving your product! If it is determined that the product you received differs from what was ordered, we will remake/correct your product and re-ship it to you at no cost! Certain restrictions may apply.
Any requests initiated outside the 7-day window will not be granted. All cases will be reviewed in the order received and we will inform you of a determination within 7 days of receiving your return. Items must be in new and unworn condition with all original packaging and free of any marks.
Any changes to your order 24 hours after your payment is made may be subjected to an additional fee depending on the nature of the request. Please note that changes may delay your order and the requested delivery date may not be guaranteed.
If there is a cancellation on your order or any part of your order, you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee on the item(s).
